Latest ISO 9001:2015 standard for Design & Development of Software Applications, Search Engine
Optimization (SEO) and PPC.
We had the ISO Surveillance Audit for recertification as well as upgrade to the latest ISO 9001:2015 Standard on 11th Oct.
Cogniter had already started maintaining and recording our projects and processes within the new standard and the external Auditors appreciated the hard work by team Cogniter.
The Surveillance Auditors spent time with different team members and assessed their projects. They did not find any Non-Conformity (NC) and have recommended that Cogniter be certified for ISO 9001:2015; a few Observations by them have been noted by the Cogniter team and will be discussed internally and action taken accordingly.
