    We are seeking a proactive, client-focused IT professional to join our team in Chandigarh as a Client Relationship & IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will manage client relationships, provide IT support, and ensure the seamless integration of IT solutions to meet clients’ evolving technology needs. As the primary point of contact for IT-related issues, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management:

     

    • Build & Nurture Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing tailored IT solutions that meet their needs and enhance loyalty.

    • Understand Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business challenges and objectives, offering customized IT solutions that align with their goals.

    • Proactive Issue Resolution: Anticipate potential IT challenges, such as security risks or system vulnerabilities, and address them proactively to ensure a secure and stable IT environment.

    Customer Support:

     

    • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to contact for IT support inquiries, managing technical issues and escalations to ensure prompt resolution.

    • Timely & Accurate Responses: Respond swiftly and accurately to IT-related issues through phone, email, or remote support to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

    • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT teams (network, security, infrastructure) and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

    Account Management:

     

    • Manage Client Accounts: Oversee all aspects of client IT accounts, including software renewals, hardware upgrades, system integrations, and cybersecurity. Identify upselling opportunities like cloud solutions or enterprise software.

    • Monitor Account Growth: Regularly assess client IT infrastructure performance and security, recommending improvements such as cloud migrations, software implementations, and security enhancements.

    • Maintain Detailed Records: Keep accurate records of client interactions, IT assets, service tickets, and transactions within CRM systems to ensure smooth workflows and timely service renewals.

    Product Knowledge:

     

    • Develop IT Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s IT products and services (hardware, software, cloud solutions) to provide relevant recommendations to clients.

    • Stay Industry-Aware: Stay updated on the latest trends in IT, security, and industry-specific solutions, providing clients with insights that help them stay ahead of the curve.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

     

    • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure the IT solutions align with both client needs and company capabilities.

    • Provide Client Feedback: Gather and share client feedback on IT performance, usability, and satisfaction with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

    Qualifications:

     

    • Proven experience in IT support and client relationship management or a similar role in a technology-focused environment.

    • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services (cloud, cybersecurity, software, etc.).

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing IT issues.

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, development).

    • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and service management tools.
