About the Role:
We’re hiring a talented UCaaS Developer in Chandigarh to help us build powerful, real-time voice and video communication systems. If you have strong experience with WebRTC, media servers (like Jitsi, Janus, or Zoom), and integration with platforms like Twilio or Vonage, this is the perfect opportunity to work on cutting-edge unified communications projects.
Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Development & Integration:

Build WebRTC-based solutions using Jitsi, Janus, and Zoom SDKs.

Manage and optimize media servers for high-quality streaming.
-
Develop microservices using Node.js for signaling and session control.
-
Integrate UCaaS platforms (Twilio, Vonage, Microsoft Teams).
-
Work with SIP, VoIP, STUN, TURN, and ICE protocols.
⚙️ Performance & Security:
-
Optimize audio/video performance and reduce latency.
-
Implement end-to-end encryption and data protection measures.
-
Handle NAT traversal and network challenges effectively.
👥 Collaboration & Support:

Work with frontend teams for seamless WebRTC integration.

Troubleshoot communication issues, especially under varying network conditions.
Requirements:

3+ years of WebRTC and media server experience.
-
Strong in Node.js and microservices.
-
Expertise in SIP, STUN, TURN, ICE, and VoIP protocols.

Familiarity with streaming protocols (RTSP, RTP, HLS, DASH).

Experience with Twilio, Vonage, or Microsoft Teams.

Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of WebRTC optimization and secure communications.
Bonus Skills:

AI-based features (noise cancellation, echo reduction, speech analytics).

Experience with real-time messaging systems.

Familiarity with WebSockets or Socket.IO.

Cloud media server deployment.
