Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, market research, and targeted outreach, focusing on the USA market. Engage with key decision-makers to uncover new business opportunities.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools. Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth progression for each lead, maximizing conversions.
- Client Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects, schedule meetings, and deliver product demos to decision-makers. Cultivate lasting relationships and consistently exceed client expectations.
- Creative Outreach: Develop and execute impactful email campaigns to capture prospects' interest and boost response rates. Continuously innovate and optimize outreach strategies to enhance lead conversion and drive engagement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales, particularly in the IT or technology sectors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively engage with senior decision-makers.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems to effectively manage the sales pipeline and track leads.
- Creative Strategy: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design effective outreach strategies and increase engagement success.
- Motivation: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- USA Market Experience: Prior experience working with clients in the USA market is a plus.
