    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team and focus on driving growth in the USA market.     Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, market research, and targeted outreach, focusing on the USA market. Engage with key decision-makers to uncover new business opportunities.
    • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools. Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth progression for each lead, maximizing conversions.
    • Client Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects, schedule meetings, and deliver product demos to decision-makers. Cultivate lasting relationships and consistently exceed client expectations.
    • Creative Outreach: Develop and execute impactful email campaigns to capture prospects' interest and boost response rates. Continuously innovate and optimize outreach strategies to enhance lead conversion and drive engagement.

    Qualifications:

     

    • Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales, particularly in the IT or technology sectors.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively engage with senior decision-makers.
    • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems to effectively manage the sales pipeline and track leads.
    • Creative Strategy: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design effective outreach strategies and increase engagement success.
    • Motivation: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

    Preferred Skills:

     

    • USA Market Experience: Prior experience working with clients in the USA market is a plus.
    • Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
    • Email Marketing: Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies to enhance outreach success.
