We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven HR Executive with strong recruitment expertise to join our team. This role will involve managing the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and interviewing candidates to finalizing hires. Your contributions will be key in building a talented workforce, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and developing employee retention strategies that foster long-term success.Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Job Description Analysis: Review and refine job descriptions to ensure they reflect the required skills, qualifications, and experience for each position.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other methods to find top candidates.
- Conduct Interviews: Lead the screening process to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and the hiring team.
- Salary Negotiation: Manage salary discussions and extend competitive job offers to selected candidates.
- Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of candidate profiles, interview feedback, and recruitment outcomes.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies, labor laws, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Retention Strategies: Contribute to employee retention by helping design career growth programs and strategies to minimize turnover.
- ISO-Certified Recruitment: Follow ISO-certified recruitment processes to ensure consistency and high-quality standards.
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires transition smoothly into the company.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with hands-on expertise in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Skills: Proficient in HR software, job portals, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
- Compliance: Familiarity with ISO-compliant recruitment processes to maintain quality standards.
