The ideal candidate will have 10-13 years of experience in international sales and marketing, particularly within the IT sector, and a proven history of successfully expanding businesses into global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement international sales and marketing strategies that align with the company’s global goals to ensure market success.
- Business Development: Identify emerging market segments and regions, leveraging opportunities to drive international growth and expansion.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and changing customer needs, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to tailor solutions that cater to the unique needs of international markets.
- Negotiations & Deal Closing: Lead high-level negotiations and close profitable international deals, forming strategic partnerships that contribute to global revenue growth.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze international sales performance, providing strategic insights to senior management to drive continuous improvement.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
- Compliance: Ensure all international sales and marketing initiatives comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10-13 years of experience in international sales and marketing, ideally within the IT sector.
- Track Record: Proven success in driving revenue growth and expanding businesses into new international markets.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of global market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Negotiation & Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data, refine strategies, and optimize sales performance.
